Follow My Health Trouble Shooting

As a quick note, your username is often your email address.  You can request a password reset from the login screen of the portal anytime as long as you know your username.  If you are unsure, feel free to call our office and request that a password reset be sent to you.  Please do not simply create another account.  More than one Follow My Health cannot be attached to your medical record with our office.  Having multiple logins creates confusion about which login is actually conntected to us!

Once again, we are happy to help you get connected.  Once connected, the portal is a wonderful way to communicate with our office without having to call during business hours.

As a reminder, portal messages are addressed and returned during business hours.  You will need to contact our answering service through our phone system with any urgent after hours needs.
